This energising vinyasa flow blends breath led movement, strengthening sequences, and uplifting music to build heat and momentum. Expect breathwork, gentle activation practices, and options to move at your own pace.

Grounding Flow
Steady Strength & Soulful Yoga
A slower, grounding practice to bring you back into your body and reconnect with yourself at the end of the week.
This class weaves mindful, intuitive movement with strength building holds and grounding breathwork, creating a balance of effort and ease. Expect a steady, nourishing flow with space to soften, feel, and land.
With soulful music and a more inward pace, this practice is inspired by Venus energy — connection, presence, and embodiment.
Each week builds gently on the last, supporting a deeper relationship with your practice over time.
