1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of With Layla and the services I provide. By using this website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

I provide yoga classes, workshops, and wellness services. Services may include:

  • One-to-one private sessions
  • Group classes
  • Online virtual sessions
  • Special events and workshops

All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through this website.

3. Bookings & Payment

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from me. Please check all details carefully.

3.2 Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. I accept:

  • Credit/Debit cards (online payment)
  • Bank transfer (by prior arrangement)
  • Cash (for in-person bookings)

3.3 Prices

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change, but confirmed bookings are honored at the price shown at booking time.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
  • Less than 24 hours before: 50% refund or one-time reschedule
  • No-shows: No refund, but may reschedule at instructor's discretion

To cancel, email contact@withlayla.com with your booking reference.

4.2 My Cancellations

I reserve the right to cancel classes due to:

  • Illness or emergency
  • Insufficient bookings (minimum 3 people for group classes)
  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility closure)

If I need to cancel, you'll receive a full refund or alternative booking option. I am not liable for travel costs or other expenses.

4.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Health & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT - MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

You must consult a doctor before participating if you have:

  • Any medical conditions (heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.)
  • Injuries or chronic pain
  • Are pregnant or recently gave birth
  • Any concerns about physical exercise

You participate at your own risk. Yoga involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury. By booking, you confirm:

  • You are physically fit to participate
  • You will inform the instructor of any health concerns before class
  • You will not attempt poses beyond your ability
  • You will stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort

6. Liability & Insurance

I carry professional indemnity and public liability insurance to protect both you and my business during all yoga sessions and events.

6.1 What I'm Responsible For

I do not exclude or limit liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by my negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any matter where exclusion would be illegal

6.2 What I'm Not Responsible For

Subject to 6.1 above, I am not liable for:

  • Injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions
  • Injuries from pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed to us
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Travel costs if we cancel a class
  • Indirect or consequential losses

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, videos, logos) is owned byWith Layla or licensed to us. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
  • Record or photograph classes without consent
  • Use our branding or materials for commercial purposes

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

9. Code of Conduct

We expect all participants to:

  • Arrive on time (late arrivals may not be admitted)
  • Treat instructors and other participants with respect
  • Turn off mobile phones during class
  • Wear appropriate clothing
  • Maintain good hygiene

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask someone to leave if they behave inappropriately.

10. Complaints

If you're unhappy with our service, please contact us at contact@withlayla.com. We'll do our best to resolve the issue.

If we can't resolve it, you may be able to use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) through a UK-approved provider.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
